1 pound Broccoli
1/2 cup Vegetable oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 head red lettuce
2 tablespoons pimiento chopped, canned
Bring water to boil over high heat
Add broccoli over and steam about 10 mms
In small bowl combine other ingredients
Pour over broccoli and chill
